In Milan, Mijo and I saw Da Vinci's Last Supper and we were in awe. For me, it is one of the must-see masterpieces.

Milan also has more to offer like beautiful churches, grand shopping arcades and more masterpieces. I enjoyed our stay in Milan!

La Dolce Vita in Veneto - My memorable travels in Venice

Venice is just like how I had imagined it upclose. Charming, beautiful, decadent, old world. I have never seen anything like it. 

Mijo and I absolutely enjoyed this trip. Venice is truly La Serenissima!

Life is a Beach - Back in Oahu

Aloha! It has been years since I first traveled to the Hawaiian island of Oahu. Twelve years to be exact. 

So when Mijo suggested we go to Hawaii to get away from the cold winter weather, I said yes right away. Life is a beach in Oahu!

My first time Cruising - Carnival Inspiration

I had second thoughts about going on a cruise. Even though most people I know who has been on a cruise all gave raving reviews, somehow, I was still not convinced. I had to go on cruise myself to check it out with an open mind.  

In a nutshell, the story went well because I enjoyed the cruise and I was absolutely relaxed.

Back in Mexico - My travels to Guadalajara and the town of Tequila

I have been told many times that Guadalajara is the most Mexican of all Mexican cities. Of course, I didn't fully comprehend that statement until I came to Guadalajara.

The city is very pretty, deeply rooted in culture, and the town of Tequila is nearby. For this Filipino guy, it is a complete package!

Life is a Beach - Relaxing in Bali

Mijo and I finally made it to Bali, Indonesia! All I can say is that I now see why people like Bali. It is easy to romanticize. 

Aside from a relaxing beach scene, we both enjoyed the food and the unique culture in the island. Thank you, Bali! 

Back in Manila - Rediscovering the city's food scene Part 2

Life is a Beach - Back in Boracay

We needed to take care of a personal business in Manila so we decided to spend a little over two weeks in the Philippines. While there, the whole family went to Boracay for a short island getaway.

Though the island has changed so much from the last time I visited, the white and powdery sands still remain unchanged.
